Because we believe in the future and in the youth, because we love our profession, because we want to set a benchmark in it, and most importantly, we want to pass on our values.

Once a year, the academy opens its doors for several months to carefully selected candidates.

The selection criteria are: motivation, integrity, team spirit, bravery, and dedication.

The topics taught and practiced will allow the novice agent to quickly surpass themselves and transform from a basic agent to an experienced one.
