According to a task list, the patroller carries out their mission diligently and procedurally.
Depending on specific problems, they demonstrate resourcefulness with improvised means to stop or contain an issue. In addition to being a security guard, the B4 SECURITY patroller also has skills in DIY and construction, which is an asset in certain situations.
All our clients receive a detailed report of each mission, complete with photos and videos.
For complete transparency, B4 SECURITY patrollers use a round controller, and the report of their checkpoints is sent to clients almost instantaneously.

Intervention after alarm
The time frame for intervention is crucial; without giving in to paranoia, the intervention must be analyzed and approached based on the level of risk. Recklessly intervening just to rack up charges is not our approach.
We respond to alarm locations in extremely short time frames.
The client is kept informed about the situation's progress and receives a detailed and transparent report of the intervention.
The exchange of information between the patroller and the monitoring team greatly facilitates the analysis of the alert condition.
Our patrols are located in multiple places and roam within a restricted perimeter, allowing them to move more quickly to the specified alarm address.

Residential patrol
Too many home burglaries or attempted burglaries occur every day. Insecurity is growing for multiple reasons, and the lack of resources from public authorities forces each individual to organize their own security. We opt for prevention and deterrence. Our 'VIGILANCE' operating mode involves mobile patrols in constant motion, coordinated by a center that collects and disseminates relevant information to various patrollers and police services. Each patrol has its own area and quickly memorizes the habits and residents, which allows for faster detection of any anomalies or intruders. This type of security is highly recommended for residential areas with gardens.

This sector is sensitive to manage; the trauma experienced can trigger completely unexpected and disproportionate reactions based on a word, a gesture, clothing, a scent, etc.
For such missions, B4 SECURITY selects agents with a more social and commercial nature, who have developed empathy and self-control. While these missions are not inherently joyful, B4 SECURITY agents bring heart and respect to the residents, along with other gestures and attentiveness that foster interaction and communal living.
